So you are ready to start working with us? Great! Here is how our process works.
First, our requirements to register with People Plus:
Must have obtained High School Diploma or GED, proof will be requested
- Must have reliable transportation and reliable telephone.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to provide valid I-9 documentation.
- Must be willing to submit to drug and background screening inclusive of criminal records.
Second, you will need to fill our online application. Once the application is complete, you will need to schedule an appointment for your interview. We are by Appointment ONLY. If you walk in without an appointment, we will schedule an appointment for you at a later time. The interview process is to learn more about your work history, interests, skills, likes and dislikes so we can find the best job match for you. We cannot guarantee we will find a job match for you.
Lastly, once you have successfully completed our registration and interview process, you will then be available for one of our many job opportunities. When we have an opportunity that we believe to be a match for you, we will give you a call.
