Monthly Safety Drawing

 

Information about our new safety incentive program!

 

The winner will be selected through random payroll drawing the first full week payroll of each month.

Employee will win $100 and the supervisor who signed off on the safety job briefing/training sheet will receive a $25.00 gift card - if permissible by client. 

    

Employee’s safety job briefing/training sheet must be FULLY completed and in the People Plus office by the drawing date.  If not, another employee will be selected.

CRITERIA

Employee must have worked 30 days without a work related injury that results in a First Report of Injury being completed.

No dismissal due to failure to report to work.

Employee has not quit an assignment without notice; or, failing to accept an assignment due to not being available for work.

Must be able to present the “what to do in the event of an accident card” prior to receiving check.

Winner must sign and certify that no injury/illness was sustained during the 30 DAY PRIOR period.
