Beginning January 1, 2003, People Plus, Inc. started a game of SAFETY BINGO for our employees. People
Plus will draw one number each Tuesday and will add $100 to the pot. If there is a lost time injury in any of the People
Plus locations in the past week, $50 will be deducted. However, if there are no workers compensation claims, another $50
will be added. This makes a possibility of $150 per week. Safety Bingo jackpot will cap at $1,500.00.
Numbers drawn ON OR AFTER 4/29/08 are good for game #20 and game #19.
Numbers drawn ON OR AFTER 2/12/08 are good for game #19.
Drawings will be held in the Madisonville office at noon each Tuesday and posted at each office. The number will also
be printed on paychecks the following Friday. It will be posted on People Plus’ website at www.peopleplusinc.com along
with the previous numbers for that game. Employees, who are not actively working but are eligible to participate, may contact
their local People Plus office for the weekly drawn number. Employees wishing to participate are responsible for getting their
numbers.
Employees will receive a bingo card in their paycheck. The twentieth game began Tuesday, April 29, 2008. Bingo cards
for the nineteenth game will be in the May 2nd thru May 23rd paychecks. This will be standard bingo. The first
employee to fill his/her card with 5 vertical, horizontal or diagonal numbers in a straight line – WINS.
Winners must bring their bingo card to their local People Plus office for verification by noon on the following Tuesday. If there
is more than one winner, the jackpot will be shared by the holders of winning cards. No winners will be declared until after the
noon deadline. Once one or more winners have been certified, a new game will begin and new bingo cards will be included in the
next paycheck.
To participate, a person must be an employee of People Plus, Inc. or People Plus Industrial, Inc., receive a paycheck within the
first four weeks of the game, and be available for work for the duration of the game. New employees who begin work on an assignment
and receive a paycheck within the first four weeks of the game will also be included. Employees must work the entire game without:
a work related injury that results in a First Report of Injury; dismissal due to failure to report to work; quitting an assignment
without notice; or, failing to accept an assignment due to not being available for work.
Winners must sign and certify that no injury/illness was sustained during the period of the game.
Torn or damaged cards will not be accepted.
